    For some reason I'm not able to use the chat, whenever I try to it says, 'Cannot Send Chat Message'.

    Well I think that my chat has been disabled by someone accidentally, or maybe it could be some sort of bug.
    How do I fix this?

    1) Press ESC
    2) Open Multiplayer Settings
    3) Set Chat to "Shown"

    It will display "Cannot send chat message" when you set it to "Commands only".
