Name of offender: Original person who wanted to buy the account was Smoke420, account that was being sold was LuisF23 (both have Hero Rank)

Name of offense: Stealing Account, Selling Account

Server: Faction Originals, but applies on every server.

Date and time: January 2nd at around 2 PM Central Time

Evidence: You guys can check the logs on Factions Originals, Smoke420 asked if I wanted to sell my account LuisF23, then we told each other our Skype.
I have a conversation with him on Skype, I can post screenshots but you guys will need to tell me what screenshots you need.

Oh, I forgot to mention, Smoke420 changes his IP because he is banned, I have Skype proof

Smoke420 didn't login to the account and canceled the trade before it happened because an admin told him it's not allowed.
No ban should be issued here.
