Well, players have so many bad experiences about the autoban system which sometimes create false bans and seems still buggy.
We just need more and active staff members to moderate the flow of the game...

 

First of all there are staff members to take care of this. If there are none online at that moment, you can report them. Also some words have different meanings in other languages so that would just make alot of false mutes and alot of people angry/upset.
