I was not able to locate the Application form when I used the top button. I do not know if this is a glitch or not, but I would very much like to play on this server

 

Well first of all you've posted this in the wrong section, it should be in the Help related section, not the introductions/farewells.

Also you need 30 forums posts and 1 week of having an account on this website so that Applications are available for you. If you want to get an idea on how to write a good application check out the tutorials section of this website and you'll find some good posts about it.
