Idk what the kit would be called, but it's simply a pvp kit, what you get with it - Stone sword Wood tools A speed 2 splash pot. and a quartz piece which gives u no damage for 2 secs,30sec cooldown. That's it, speed2 pot is op itself, this kit is for pvp and stuff. Can be at about 50k xp? I think it's pretty op. Since the fact we now have pvp maps like outback and more, this kit for 50k xp would be pretty good, since the other 50k kit(rift) is not so very good.
