»[ANNI] Farter changes

So with the release of the new kits, there's always complaints. I don't always complain, but this time I will. This kit is just jumper with affects to enemy. Here are my suggestions to make the kit better.

1. Make it more like KinqCake's original suggestion. Make it to where you only jump/go 2-3 blocks in the air, not 15-20.
2. Make the cool down longer. If you're going to make it go 2-3 blocks, at least give it a shorter cool down for Christ's sake.
3. Make it more aesthetically pleasing. This kit has nothing special with it affects wise. With jumper, you get end particles and a cool sound affect. With farter, you don't. Heck, even Scorpio is better with the affects than this. Make it to where once you use the ability, a few dirt particles come out behind you (hehe) and make the sound affect a ghast cry, because it actually sounds close to a fart. (Go big or go home, I say)
