»[Anni-Beta] Invince issues

Today i see some people are using invince potions for rushing nexus in anni beta I hit a invinced person but he didn't uninvinced this happens to some players I suggest invince potions should be banned until its fixed because there doing bug abuse witch they can get perm banned or temp banned if caught so what do you guys think ?
