Well, the Angler kit is mainly based around the fishing rod, an item that isn't used in KitPVP. Angler kit is composed of a stone sword (sharpness, 1 and unbreaking 3 only), a fishing rod (unlimited durability, if not possible then unbreaking 3) and leather boots, leggings, and chestplate (all with protection 1 and unbreaking 3). There is no helmet. The special is that when you left click with the fishing rod, get ready, everyone around the player in a 6 block radius will get doused in "" water and get dehydrated. As a result, they will lose 6 hearts (if the player has 8 hearts or less when the special is used then the player will have 1 heart left) and receive weakness 1 and slowness 1 for 5 seconds. The upgrades will increase the amount of water that is "splashed" on people, and consequently, the amount of time that people are debuffed will also increase by two seconds per level. In addition, with every level of upgrade the radius of the special will decrease by 0.5 blocks. For example, the default Angler kit's special (no upgrades or anything) will affect everyone in a 6 block radius for 5 seconds. If the Angler kit is upgraded to the next level, then the special will effect everyone in a 5.5 block radius for 7 seconds (2 extra seconds). Lastly, the fishing rod should be able to be used like a normal fishing rod, so ememies will take knockback from them.
I think you just want a fishing rod! I'd like a kit w/ a rod, but that can ONLY catch treasure (starts with a stack of arrows, in case you get a power IV =)).
The special seems a bit OP, but I think a kit with a fishing rod would be cool. I think this kit should be implemented if the special isn't as OP.
mah not thee water we need a rod kit thats not a donor kit maybe like 3 arrows sprout from teh rod when special is ready.
I think the armour is fine, but maybe the special should do 6 hearts of damage. Because if there are a lot of players near you that special would be too good.
