Well, i have little questions:

• whats skyblock version have?
• Why cobble stone generators can others ores/stone chance %? Beacuse I HAVE ALOT OF LAPIZ. (3stacks)
  
• Does PvP in nether/the end?
• Can claim my plot on nether?

 

Answers:
1. 1.10 or higher
2. You should ask aXed/UchihaSamy about that
3. No
4. When you enter the nether it is like your own island/land nobody can do anything unless you coop them.

 

1. The oldest version you can use is 1.8 or 1.10 I think and higher, you can try.
2. As far I know I might answer you wrongly,but I'll tell you my personal opinion. You can make your island with lapis blocks, by going to the generator to the /spawn.
3. There are not any pvp in nether either in theend, you got another warp for /warp pvp or /warp pvpmine (The warp where you can mine lots of stuff)
4. You cannot claim anything in nether, when you make the nether way to enter inside, you personally get anything yours which shows you there.

And players can take your items only if you coop them in-game. I'm suggesting you to do /is help - it might help you alot if you're interested in playing Skyblock. For further information, you can contact admins,staff,helpers.

• whats skyblock version have? - 1.8.9 (im not sure if it supports lower) until 1.11.2 (I recommend using the highest version for an optimal experience)
• Why cobble stone generators can others ores/stone chance %? Beacuse I HAVE ALOT OF LAPIZ. (3stacks) - there are no exact data values known, but it just goes by value of the block.
  
• Does PvP in nether/the end? - there is no pvp in neither.
• Can claim my plot on nether? - you have your nether island when you go through a nether portal on your own island, only island members & cooped people can break/place etc. there
