They're really selective in picking staff. Go online often, help people and apply again later. Also, be honest in the app. Good luck!
I am helping people, but when I applied too often. The head-admin said that I can't apply for 1 month... I didn't even know that since when I read the "how-to-make-a-appropriate-application" or something like that.. So I am waiting and trying to be patient lol.
