I see a lot of hate on this comment, when I mean hate it's not so much about the topic itself but more hate of persons.
I like the idea but it won't work.
First reason is that, people change their names on TS3 and it will be very hard to identify all people.
Second: who will take care of it? who will remove and add icons to all the players that join teamspeak? because H-admin will do shit about this, admins dont want to waist their time giving people icons, yourself? thats can became abuse. aXed? he is way to busy to even think about it.

In all honesty it's a great idea, but it wont work.

You need to come up with something really amazing to get the icons and by that I mean "Who will give the icons"
I think 90% of all staff will get pissed off or mad if they get spammed by someone that want his icon.
And beside it will become a huge mess when so many people are getting upgraded.

U can get the icons with a system of uuid but it wont work for cracked players
