He did not excessively overuse caps and just typed those in an expressive way. "LOL" just means he is laughing really hard. "HOLY HOLY LAG" just means he is frustated with the ping he has. "I DONT LIKE YOU" just means he is pissed. Hence, it is just a minor problem so he do not deserve to be muted.
You're not allowed to use caps in any way, even if you're pissed. And he's a pretty well known member so he should know the rules. Muted -Lex
Don't comment on reports you're not involved in, yes we get this player was happy saying "LOL" which is fine. As where they've stated holy lag and I don't like you these are worth a mute since 3 or more words in caps is a mute, I can't directly mute them as this is a chat log. Wait for a kitpvp admin to deal with this.
