»[Prison] Suggestion

Hello everybody!

So lets start...I don't play Prison that much only sometimes when I get bored in other servers.
One day I was fighting at the pvpmine and saw that the players are typing /warp pvpmine while
they are in combat. When they do this, and there is a staff, they get banned
because some of them don't know that this is a rule.
My suggestion:
-Add 5 Second timer while doing the warp /warp pvpmine (people can spam this command nowadays as much as they want).
Because there is no " CD " timer or something, I don't know how it is calling.
So players can avoid being banned and guildcraft won't loose more players.​

There was a plugin for it but it's broken I believe now
