My reason for quiting is basically iv got bored of the server its been forever and its just a repeating processes over and over again when new things nothing really seems to change still factions

@aXed listen to your community more nerd give ur head admins more trust / power after all they spend more time on the server then you do so let them run and do certain things themselves instead of them always having to be like " can you allow this " they have idea's give them the chances to improve it for themselves

Also the staff team itself needs to have background checks who knows you could be slipping in another sherif if no research is done on the person, as well as there needs to be a limit of how long someone is allowed to leave for " inacvitity" because I notice a lot of staff bs their way and still keep their rank like for **** sakes just resign already instead of holding on to that last string begging to keep it.
