No one will be banned from this, these players had no malicious intent, just a bit of friendly fun. They're in your party. The real issue occurs when the player(s) in the opposing party simply kill in order to gain some sort of material advantage, aka stealing all your items. The unwritten rule "no killing outside pvp" mostly applies in order to protect someone from players who tp-kill/kill in order to gain advantage and/or has some other malicious intent.

Perhaps, confront the other party if you know they have stolen your items or damaged your ego. Otherwise, this report is absolutely ridiculous.

If it was such an issue, it could've been reported it when the issue first arises, not the second or third time, but of course it wasn't because no malicious intent was present and items were returned to you shortly after. This is why I believe some sort of personal vendetta is prevalent.

Players in question will be warned, if this happens again, action will be taken. Choose your friends wisely, I'd say the same to the opposing party.
