Im not 100% sure if it's allowed, it's not in our guideline / server rules, it's inappropiate so better ask @aXed or any headadmin.

It's not bannable/mutable because someone could've been cracked and had their skin changed against their will.
However I believe some staff can kick players with "please change skin" though I'm not completely sure.
