    I Don't think that ''ryanglavin'' were using no-slowdown because as I see in this video, he is lagging a bit and when he was shooting the other player with Bow, he stopped for sec then he started to attack with his sword, The reason you thought that he was using no slow down because he was changing his sword and bow fast.
