    When I tried to register it said that I could only have 4 accounts on my IP and I have never played before what do I do?

    Maybe somebody else played from your IP (For e.g. A friend, Family member.etc) otherwise IDK

    That means , that other players are registered on this IP. If you don't know anyone playing there, be sure that you don't use a VPN. If that doesn't work try change your name.
