    I have read that the /skin update can take a few days and I need to be patient but its not working. I am a premium player but it thinks that I'm not. I'm sorry if I did not read a forum talking about this issue but can someone please tell me what to do to get my premium skin. Thank you.

    1. Go to /server factions
    2. Do /skin update
    3. Relog
