The word fudge is used to bypass the chat filter in this case.

You were swearing towards LittleBearG, and as an old member You should have known the rules by now.
The mute is correct.

 

You are obviously interpreting the word fudge to insult someone and hurt his/her feelings. Even if that is not swearing, it is still harrassment and it is also 12h, so therefore your mute is correct.
