»Hacks Allowed in Uhc?

Makes more or less an hour I was playing a game of 1v1 uhc , everything was fine, until they saw as 0.0 players a guy killed the others and called hacker , I witnessed that, had a kind of Headtwitch and kill aura , I see uhc is the least bans have , in advance and ask you to take action on the matter regarding these types ruining 1:30 game on a good server , sinful for any reason not to be aware (at least in that mode) from hackers.

Hacks aren't allowed in any server.
In order to ban this player we need some proof of them hacking like a video,
