Hi im a donator on factions and i want to upgrade to VIP. It says your not allowed to purchase that item Lil help here? talked to @BROaced

@Killerjasi123 had the same problem. Apparently someone tried buying it for him and the purchase didn't go through. He still hasn't got his rank that I know of.

 

Let me ask you a few questions to make sure you did it right.

Did you select the right server?: ranks are now for individual servers now and take some time to double check you selected the right severer.

Entering your name: When you upgrade from VIP to donator the system needs to know if you are already VIP so sometimes if you enter the name incorrectly it will not work. Also make sure you are not using chrome auto fill, it doesn't work.

Did you try more than once?: sometimes it just takes a few tries for it to work but that only happens on rare occasions.

WARNING: As of right now the vote and buycraft system is currently bugged and I suggest you don't purchase until further notice. I'm not sure if this info is correct but I'm sure the vote system is bugged.
