    Some information : you are in the blue team, if you don't use "!" on the first word only your team m8s can see, example : "Hello", Only your team m8s can see your massage in the chat, and you are on the blue team trying to say "guys stop spamming", well you need to have "!" like
    "!guys stop spamming" To tell them!
