Enchanted Snowball Named "Ice Rod"

When you right clicked at the "Ice Rod", It will create a 4x4 ice blocks surrounding you for 5 seconds. If your enemy happen to step on that ice blocks, they will get Slowness 2 for 3 seconds. You will also get an enchanted stick called "Snow Rod", if you right click at that thing, it will throw a snowball. Any enemy hit by that snowball will be freezed 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 20 seconds.​
