I'm sorry, but spending 100 euros shouldn't give you more rights than a normal person.
It's like saying we shouldn't arrest a millionaire because he spent a lot of money, etc etc.

We should treat everybody equally. From homeless people to rich people, cops to criminals, every person has their rights and it should stay as so.
