»Feedback about the forums

Hello everyone,

so it's been about 6 months having our new forums and I want
to give some feedback about it, compared to the old one "Enjn"

Positives:

+ The design looks fresh and way better than Enjin. Enjin was more cold and dark.
+ The application system has slightly improved than Enjin.
+ Much easier way to send support tickets.
+ Uploading files, uploading signatures and profile pictures are also better.


Neutral thinkings:

/ I miss the amount of smileys we had in Enjin and GIFs were also amazing
/ Some smileys here are really not matching with the forum theme
/ I miss a Teamspeak3 module because I just had to click "Join server" and I am already in
/ In Enjin there was a way to make put your minecraft figure as your avatar, I really liked it.

Negatives:

- The chat in Enjin was the one of the most think I liked. Now we have conversations but it's
like mailing with someone so there's no realtime message coming up you always need to refresh the page to see if someone wrote to you.

- I don't like the follow thing, sometimes you don't like someone to follow you and he/she still follows you even when you blocked him/her.

In Enjin you could just send a request and you can always deny/accept it

- Enjin was a little bit better in personalize your profile

- I like that this forum realtime notfies me when someone posted something, but that happens rare. Often you have to reload the page to see the new notifications (if you even have some)

Xenporta (This forum): C+

Enjin: 55% positive
Xenporta: 72% positive

If all things have been fixed I would change my rating

I think I really like and miss he Enjin's chat, yea the private chat it's realtime because the chat participants must be online to be able to chat together as a group.
About the Enjin and Xenporta designing I think Enjin has a better design ( its OK if people do not agree with me because this is just my opinion ) the black designing was cool but for Xenporta, there are many new systems and things to try them out, in Enjin you can add people as friends but yea like killermatic said that we can deny/accept their request. This doesn't mean Xenporta isn't good! But in MY OPINION, Enjin is better keep working as well. @Ps300300 you aren't doing bad website.

 

Enjin brings up alot of good memories xD.
Downside on the forum is that i cant post a picture from my phone. (Idk if this was possible on old forum)

 

Atleast I could in Enjin, that was a good feature too

 

The only thing I miss from Enjin is the Latest Threads thingy that we had on the Forums section, the latest threads here is a bit annoying because Its on the main page and it never actually shows the "LATEST" threads and its very small.
