You can place obby or any other solid block on a chest and then chest cannot be opened. You will have the same problem all over again.

Yes because you can totally build anything above a 40 stacker that won't blow up. Yes definitely. Could you mind showing me? Like on the factions server? Perhaps I'd like to see how good GC cannoning is. Oh wait.. I did. Built 8 automatic 420 cannons, all blew up on 4th shot. Built 2 40 stackers, both blew up, perfectly built, tested on the test server, on their 1st shots. Now mate, you're going to tell me "then ur suggestion should be make cannons workable" but you and I both know its never going to happen, its been like 3 resets and cannons still aren't useful. You'd have a better chance of someone accidently tping u into their base than cannoning into a base with anything of the following: A regen wall, 10+ walls, cactus floors.

 

1. If you're going to spend 30 seconds putting on obby, and taking it off, idk what to tell you. 2. Its still more likely to be ceggable compared to enchant tables. 3) This doesn't just apply to watered chests, it can be anything, most factions don't have their entire base covered in enchant tables and water. Raid chests, potion chests, dispensers, hidden areas, mob-loot chests. All apply, but I guess it is right you could just add obby '_'

 

You say that like GC is going to fix cannons. Mind telling me an expectation date for that? Minecraft v2 or something? Because its to my understanding, I've been here for quite a few resets. Not once have I seen cannons that would be 100% more efficient elsewhere, efficient on GC because they blow up.

 

Disagree, thats mean you dont have to make cannon or skill to raid someone base.

 

This is a stupid idea from someone who wants to raid everything easy instead of working for it.

That's why we claim a few chunks in nowhere and put a load of empty troll chests inside to make you waste your TNT.

Enable chest opening in claimed territory

Or allow us to use world downloader

So i have talked to you a few days ago or yesterday (13/03 - mai b-day) and you have mentioned that people can easily cover their chest with sand/ block in order to prevent others from opening the chests, yes, I have thought about this.

Therefore, I have mentioned 1 thing in the video

Tbh, i have seen raiding on one of the famous faction server - TheArchon. They implemented this plugin in order to allow players to get at least some loot from the raid not completely none.

Our server should implement this too!

 

Rly guys cmon. It is not as if people dont world download in our server. As farm as i know people dont admit that they are using world download. It doesnt matter if this is implemented or not/

I also agree with _SoraX_ on this point that some loot is better than nothing. At least using 10 stacks of tnt to break a base open will not go to waste. I also hope guildcraft take action to increase the potential of using big cannons. It becomes frustrating to be not able to raid big bases

 

Yes I have played factions. I don't really have time for it anymore. The question though is Why do you feel so entitled to everyone's stuff? Why is it just because you wandered around and found a base should that stuff all be yours now? If it's so easy to open chests, why would I even build a base? Why not just put chests on top of the ground so you can walk up and open them all?

Better yet, I'll just wait online and when you come I can break the chests open and you can pick up the stuff. Or to save you time I could just bring the stuff to you!

You are an actual noob at factions... Firstly people make bases and water it. Then then make around 50-100 walls. They don't leave their base open like you said. And if they do leave it open, lol they should deserve they did, which is to get raided Ezpz.

If you are a 10 years old noob kid who does not know how to play factions properly, please go play on survival, it suits you more. Factions is a competitive gamemode and survival is more about building and leaving their house open so that people can go inside it and buy/sell stuff.

 

The thing is, no one will place obsidian on all of their chests. We should at least get some loot out of the chests that is not covered instead of getting nothing from a raid since your cannon is not lined up with the chests, spawners, etc. ik how to build left shooters and such but bruhh, will they be perfectly lined up? No

 

No raiding skill? No Cannoning skill?

Lemme take down all of ur bull shit points.

1. You have not watched the video haven't you? Lemme guess, ur a noob faction cannoner who has never cannoned in an actual base with more than 10 walls before. It takes time to cannon in a base and it takes more time to cannon on GC cuz of he shitty Cannoning system that i hope it is gonna be fixed in the next reset. (i have seen a schematic of regen buster on GC Cannoning test server and it did not work. Also, i tested my 100 stacker,which works perfectly in my 1.7 world but not on GC). Anyway, my point is, Cannoning a base takes time and resources. If you cannon in a base and your cannon is not lined up with the chest. You are not gonna get any loot out of it. Opening chests in claimed territory allow us to get at least some loot out of the base (Ik people are gonna be like: "Place obsidian and water the chest, same problem all over again.") yes, people can protect their chests like that and make it impossible to c-egg. However, I am sure that not 100% their chests are covered with obsidian or well protected like that, which allow us to raid and get at least some loot out of it like what I said.

Yes we all wanna raid bases but will it be a waste of time and resources if we raid it without loot? Therefore, i wanna blast a hole in the base and get myself some rewards/loot.

2. I am asking for a new game? Totally not. Watch Thecampingrusher factions series, watch CreeperEdge's faction series, watch PrestonPlayz and Woofless factions series, watch ssundee's faction series. All of the famous faction servers implement this plugin and it helps raiding ALOT.

Our server has an old-school version of factions and it is crappy. We wanna make changes.

3. Ok, you are an actual idiot in this point now. Firstly i dont have holes and shit in my bases. My faction mod base has over 100 walls (First base to reach 100+ walls on GC) and we don't tp people in. If they did cannon in, i will definitely not gonna be too mad because they have spent time on raiding it so it's fair for them to take whatever they want from my unprotected chests. You are thinking as if i allow people to just walk into it.

4. This point is even worse. Have you ever seen people putting TNT under their chests so that whenever they open it to store their shit, their items get blown up? No. You should suck up ur mum's breast and go learn how to play it properly.
