I also want to be staff on this server,there are lots of things you need to consider. Like acting mature(limit Caps),be active more than 2 hours a day etc. Lets have a race on who can become staff first.

Ban manager is for staff members such as moderators and administrators. This Annihilation clan has nothing to do with that. However, I see you can defend and rush with invisibility potions. But, when you say you 'speak english very good' it immediately shows me you have terrible grammar. 'Speak english very good'??? A fluent English speaker would say 'I speak English very well." Unfortunately, you do not meet our requirements.
