Hi, I currently had this new account, which is the ign is xilophone, I'm forced to use this new account because my old account MONCHEE09 could not be opened because of its name is in full caps. I don't know how to change the name so I'm forced to make a new account. Can you help me with my problem?

 

I'm getting the idea that you cannot log in due to caps issues with your in-game-name. For such issues, only @aXed will be able to help you. You can either submit a support ticket through here:
