First I'm gonna tell you guys something. I once applied for mod, and 2 days later I got the massage from the " application messenger " and it said I got denied. And yes... I don't even know why I am denied. So my suggestion is, when you got denied from the " application messenger " they need to tell you why. Example : Normal I'm sorry to inform you that your application has been denied. Feel free to try again in the future! Suggestion I'm sorry to inform you that your application has been denied. Reason :You're too young to be a mod Feel free to try again in the future! Kinda like that tho Cause I little confused why am I denied and I think you guys too..
Yeah I agree, I also applied for Mod and 2 day later it said "You are denied".I with they could give feedback so I could improve on my future application.
There was a similar suggestion made here but it wasn't either accepted or denied for that suggestion but still +1 for this
depands on how u look at it of course people want feedback but, if we tell u how to do every thing to get accepted how can we be so sure that we don't have to watch you 24/7 on the server to tell u what to do and how to do... then we could just promote every one. we already gave the chance to reapply and try again. so try to learn and improve.
Hello all The aforementioned has actually been raised numerous times. I would just like to offer a little humble opinion on this. While listing out the reasons for rejections would make it easier for the applicants to improve, bear in mind that no one is perfect and by this logic, the list would be endless since everyone has their own areas for improvement. Also, listing out the reasons to applicants is likely to give the false impression that once they improve in that area, they should be accepted, which isn't necessarily true. It's important to note that one sometimes receive rejection not because they are not good, but because there is someone better. In such cases, chasing after head-admins for reasons would only give them a bigger headache. If the reasons for rejections are clear enough, applicants should have known it better themselves. If they aren't, then try to observe your server players who became staffs. Identify your own areas of weaknesses and work on it. It's not the easiest thing to do honestly but it's the perseverance that ultimately leads to success. Of course, as mentioned, you can still approach your local head-admin for a more detailed conversation. I hope this is satisfactory for those looking for an answer to this. All the best to everyone
Uhm, you don't need a reason why your application got rejected, just know your weaknesses and make sure you did your best, and when everything is exemplary, feel free to reapply gain I reapplied numerous times, and still not accepted, but "giving up" is not on my vocabulary, I'm currently working on everything until the day has come.
