»[AXED/ADMINS READ] I still haven't got my donator account back...

I made a post about this about 2 weeks ago, but here we go again .-.

So, when I tried to login on my main account (Havoc) about 3 weeks ago, it says wrong password. I tried to exit and do it again - same issue. So I'm locked out of my account which has donator stuff on it :/

Here's proof that its my account - this is an email I got for purchasing drag kit (I covered up my personal details):
