»KinqCake Kick For Annoying

For: Abuse of Power; Kicks for Annoying, Becuase He Was Wrong.
Server:Anni beta
Truth: I killed GTF, Kinqcake Immediatly said after he states "Bac2008, The next time you kill one of your teammates, I will ban you"
I state back: "I killed GTF, not of my teammates". I couldnt remember the rest, but he didnt even say sorry for his wrong accusation.
Lobby/End of game: He says To google the definiton of accuse, and so I did.
I wrote it into chat, he then says "Warning is not Accusing" . I then repeat what he said to me about killing teammatesisBAM! "You have been kicked for annoying.(Check Logs)

If @KinqCake Wants To add anythinf, go for it. Im not asking for anything to be done, nor do i expect it. All I want is for him to say "Sorry and that he was wrong." - Chisagu already told me dont kill your own teammates :/

I didn't accuse you, I warned you, there's difference.

You were annoying and you argued with me for "accusing" you, in /server anni.
You deserved this kick, this report is pointless

Kicking someone for having a discussion?
You either mute or warn someone for not going to the forum or you let it slip.
In my opinion taking action because you kept discussing this might be right (unless of course the warning was false and GTF was in another team) but it should have been a mute or warning to go to the forum not a kick in game.

 

He got reported by /helpop for bug abusing, I'm not dumb, I saw that he killed GTF, but people were complaining that he hits his own teammates ( not killing ) which is not allowed, I simply warned him thru public chat ( not /warn ), there's nothing wrong with that. Game ended, in /server anni he started arguing with me and saying he will report me for "accusing" him, we weren't discussing, I told him that I warned him, I didn't accuse him, there's difference, but he kept crying saying he will report me

I tried to talk with him nicely, but he doesn't understand anything, I kicked him for being annoying there's nothing wrong with that aswell, you made such a big deal from such a stupid small thing Tender.

Still you don't include as reason 'annoying', you should include 'stop discussing' or 'go to the forums'.
'annoying' just shows that you were short tempered/make it seems like you kicked him without a valid reason.
But then again, I'm only an head-admin so what do I know?
