What should i put on Offender? My name that is reporting or klahed_5999 who I am reporting? Im pretty confused sorry

 

Under offender, you put the name of the player you are reporting which in this case, would be khaled_5999. I've looked at the screenshot you provided and none of the words in there would actually count as swearing. It did not seem like he did it with the intention to hurt but I'll tag a prison staff nonetheless.
