Add depth strider 3 on boots at all times because you have to wait 1 seconds to get depth strider now. It's a bit annoying

Nah its just lag, the server needs to notice you are in water to enchant your boots, and when you are lagged the server needs more time to check if you are in water & enchant them

 

I'll throw my two cents in for transporter. If we make it to where tp doesn't break, and a cool down for how many people go through it, wouldn't we be copying shotbow? I thought we wanted to make our kits different than Shotbow.

We aren't trying to copy sb just try to find the best way possible to make tp a kit acceptable for everyone.
