You need to use the correct template to report players. +U might wanna check what rank the guy is cuz he could also be fly hacking if he didn't donate to the server. I dont play factions much so i dont know if faction donators have the /fly command .

Dont get involved in this, and no its not abuse From Black17 cuz he had no armor When flying,that Guy did.

Nothing will be done here.
It's near a base but not near warzone.
He isn't starting the fight but you are.
You run towards him and provoke him to respond -> that's also not allowed.
So or both of you should get punished or none, in this case no one will be punished.
