No, all it is just iceman with a different name. Think of different abilities before creating a kit like this. Before you say "Jumper is just dasher" no, no it isn't. Dasher is able to go through walls, while Jumper cannot. Jumper gets a speed boost, while Dasher gets a replenishing food bar. Your argument is invalid.

 

Don't ask for locks on suggestions post, it's not meant for you that you don't like and you lock it. If admins don't like suggestions they will lock it you don't have to tell anyone.

 

You can't say that this is copied, since it might be completely original.
Though I would prefer Squid over it.

 

It would make the squid useless and it is iceman FYI jumper is not dasher,dasher can go through walls jumpers can't and dasher will take 2 bars of hunger

 

Iceman is different from squid in so many ways
Also having more water kits would make water a big challenge for people
since there is one water kit and its unfair to people with no water kits
