This video is extreamly laggy. So i don't think he was using hacks, it might have just looked like he was cause of your lag.

 

my game isnt laggy just the video lagged i dont know how to remove the lagg from the viddeo

 

Doesn't matter, if the video is so laggy that you can't see anything, we can't do much about it. I mean there is no proof here that he uses hacks, well, you can't see it.

 

I don't know what the staff can do because of the lag though.

 

yes it does look like he is hacking at 0:12 if you watch carefully but idk if this is enough proof to ban

Clearly the video is very laggy, making it almost impossible to see anything that is going on.
I recommend using a better recording software. So we can actually do something about it.
