»Shall I be staff here?

So I was wondering, shall I be staff on GC? Does it need staffs? Will it be worth it? Is this a good server I can be staff on? I don't know shall I be staff here? I was thinking I might regret being staff here...I know I can resign, but I'm finding a good server I can be staff, and for sure, GC is not like the BEST server....but good enough I can be staff on
So any suggestions? Does this server needs any more staffs? It's upto you guys because you guys know much more than me about this server

Hello,

GC admins are selective when it comes to picking staff members, to ensure the best enforcement of the rules and assistance in game.
Whether you want to apply or not is totally up to you, but I suggest you hang around for a while (here and in-game) before you decide to apply.
When you meet the minimum requirements, you should be able to see the available positions in the "Applications" page (30 posts and at least a week of activity on the forums).

If you doubt already / think about resigning don't apply, it's better go give other people a chance who really want to become part of the staff team, because now it looks like you are searching for a server just to get the almighty staff rank.

 

Being staff is not a game or just thing to pass your time. As @Johannesvanurk has said, if you aren't fully ready to commit to your responsibilities if you get staff, then you might wanna rethink about applying. Also, don't depend on the opinions of others to apply our not, because ultimately, you are the one that's going to put in the effort, not us. Also, good luck to you if you do end up applying for staff ^^

I'll apply for staff because I feel like this server needs help and some new updates...I want to make the server a better place...oh well, let's see. Let me get to know some people first, then I'll apply

Also another thing, i once viewed gc this way too. You do not NEED to be an admin to have friends, really most of the people who follow admins are just people who dont want to get banned/muted

 

My translation of this in a nicer way is that you came to GC so you cant just start acting like you own everything(was this harsh too?)

 

Plus silencer i would be a little bit softer on him he probably just started and he doesnt even know how to communicate with the community that well anyway
