»Suggestion for the whole community

Hello community members and leaders of it,
I came with this suggestion thinking it might help to fix the lag of the servers lately and as you see if you go on survival or anywhere there will be a lot of lag spikes, even anywhere.

So as i have experience with such stuff as i am working in a VPS company the problem that causes these spikes is because aXed is adding a lot of sub servers lately such as egg wars and etc which takes more ram and increases the CPU and takes more bandwidth space in the VPS and he even increased the server slots so the solution is simple which is to upgrade the host of the server to bigger Ram, Bandwidth which will hold all the servers with the slots it has and make sure to have at least 1gb free all the time because the community is big and it's getting bigger everyday and more blocks are builded and logs is always updated which takes space also so i hope aXed respond to this and check my solution and fix the lag! @aXed

Good Suggestion I Hope this work and Lag problem be fixed soon so we can play better, and I think if the lag problem fixed hoppers might be back to Survival.

hmm about i know that sub servers are causing that but aXed wants guildcraft to be one heck of a server and tries to improve it every single time.

 

very very smart idea i hope admins take a llok at ur idea and propably do it
am sure les lag will get more player and who knows maybe hoppers will be back

Idk why the guys above think it's smart, it's more than just adding a few sticks of RAM to fix lagg

There is also a thing called "money", nothing is free

 

We didn't say it's free @Johannesvanurk and of course he will have to pay extra money but this will get the community bigger and will invent players to donate more money because it will have less lag

 

The lag is murdering Survival, my party is dieing .
@aXed please fix the lag.

Could the presence of remaining hoppers in the Survival world cause conflicts with anti hopper plugins?
Maybe that causes it?
Some might not like me saying it but maybe it fixes the lag?

 

This is one of the best ideas i've seen so far.

 

+1 stop spending money on servers that aren't good, remove them spend more on lag problems, lag has gone to a whole new level. Getting new stuff won't help if you can't keep the original servers in working condition.

 

Thank you guys for your support! and as you see the lag got reduced a bit as the RAM Got Upgraded last week thats what @CyrusTheVirus1 said but it looks like he didn't upgrade it enough to remove the whole lag but at least we can play at least one hour without lag now but after it the lag will attack again then will be gone for another hour or so, so i hope it gets upgraded more than the plan that it got upgraded too the last week.

Be cause it is smart and after all many servers like GC have the problems

 

I have over 120 FPS and I tend to hit lag spikes a lot... This idea... might help almost everyone... Great Post mate.

There was a guy IP banned today for bug exploit which severely lags the server,
or something like that.
Since then I haven't seen lagspikes happen anymore.
