    It's not a water box as the water was only for the chests
    and not the box itself

    Yeah it's like no regen walls but that
    wasn't a regen wall. The water was to cover the chests from ceggs and the lava was to cover the box from xrayers

    What he did was not making regen walls, but simply covering his base with lava, which of course is not against the rules.
    Therefore theres nothing wrong here.
