So, just another question but if you could have something added to Guild Craft what would you want? For example, if you'd want a new type of game mode, or perhaps a crazy event, or even addition of mods onto the server, what would it be? Let your imagination run wild! Shoot anything you want in the server!
What about a new game mode called: Raid Its very similar to the 1.14 village and pillage update except the mobs are replaced with players. There will be two sides on the map. Raiders and Defenders. When the game starts, each player will have some cash [$300] they can spend in a shop located on their side of the map to get supplies. After a certain amount of time, the raid starts, and the fences separating the sides will be broken. The raiders have to try to take down as many villagers (present in houses in the defender's side of the map, total: 5) as they can. The Defenders have to stop the raiders. If the raiders were unable to kill all the villagers before the round's time ends or if they all died, the attackers win. Killing attackers, defenders and villagers gives cash ($50 per player, $70 per villager) which you can spend in the shop after the round ends. At the end of each round players get $300 again. The number of defenders will be less than the number of raiders. There are a total of 3 rounds. Defenders shop will have: Iron sword Chain mail armor Iron Sword with knock back [Available after 1st round] Iron armor [Available after 1st round] Bow and Arrow [Available after 1st round] Golden apple [Available after 1st round] Extra villager [Available after 2nd round] Iron golem [Available after 2nd round] Snow golem [Available after 2nd round] Fire ball [Available after 2nd round] Traps [Available after 2nd round] Raiders shop will have: Stone axe Chain mail armor Potion of swiftness (lasts 10 seconds) 2 x Wolf spawn eggs with bones [Available after 1st round] Iron axe [Available after 1st round] Iron armor [Available after 1st round] TNT [Available after 1st round] Flint and steel [Available after 1st round] Potion of swiftness (lasts 18 seconds) [Available after 1st round] Mountable Ravager (if possible) [Available after 2nd round] Crossbow [Available after 2nd round] Potion of invisibility (lasts 6 seconds only) [Available after 2nd round] Zombie spawn egg (can be used to kill villagers while raiders distract defenders) [Available after 2nd round] Golden apple [Available after 2nd round] ^ If these appear unbalanced, remember that they cost money, some will be more expensive than others. Players with ranks will be able to buy all things in any round. Voting gives you cash upgrades (plus $50 starting cash and $20 after each round) for the next 3 games. It's a simple gamemode but will be quite fun to play. It will draw more players to the server to check out this fun gamemode, and they will end up staying!
You know what the players want? More players. Basically every gamemode except Factions is dead at this point.
