I have a question about moderator ability to judge players who use hacks.
Instead of listening to players who notyfies moderators about the hacker, often and most usually their answer is accusation and muting honest players without realising the problem. With that kind of attitude overall server quality is suffering and players trust to staff is dezreasing rapidly.
Most importantly hackers keep using their cheats and nothing changes, because either hackers don't get punished or the punishment is just too soft.
And don't tell me that there is a section in forum about reporting hackers. It is more about the communication skills of moderators and their rude attitude against everyone, quite literally spitting on others nad only taking care of their own.
    (applies to annihilation)

As a former staff member on GuildCraft, in my experience, its quite hard to "catch hackers" when you see people saying "oof Donalddoyson has reach" or "staff plz check Vojkea, he has reach", it alerts the players hacking that a staff member is online and that they should turn off their hacks. We do have /helpop on the server for a reason. If you have any proof of staff members speaking to you like this, post it.

First of all, im am not the person, who employs 16 year olds and makes them mods, of course there are unprofessional moderators, who mostly utilize their priviliges for their own benefit. From this time on, ill make screenshots for higher staff, to prove you my point.
Second, hackers are not the ones with the a reach, but mostly its xrayers, who shamelessly uses their hacks to hunt people, who are hiding, and absolutely with no conscience continues doing that, even when they are detected.
Third, what kind of admin in pretty serious server problem, which includes money transfers, supplements his answers with silly gifs?
Maybe moderators should finally do their job, and infrom higher staff when sufficient amount of complaints have been registered, instead of muting evryone who complains. After that, they should be privilegged to get spectator mod, so they can follow the player whom has been accused.

mods dont have any power to deal with hackers, u need an admin for that. All mods can do is record and report just like a normal player. i usually warn players for openly accuing in public chat unless they continue accusing.

You dont have to repeat after me,I already mentioned that. (Moderators have their duties- inform higher staff about problems etc.)
And not everyone are polite as they should be, thats the main problem.

I dont get this, how people can trust anyone so young, of course there are exceptions, but in this case it is pretty obvious problem.

I remember it was an unwritten rule. if you want to be Head-Admin. you must be over 16 years and so much experience. and totally 99 has both of these.

Just stop muting for hackusation no one has the time to type /h and the reason they can just type ''hacker'' in chat and a staff member will tp to them to watch the player. Bullshit mute reason once again this server is way too sensitive. Change the /h to /helpop and make it so people can put a custom reason instead of these pre-made **** ones.

Mods can drink invis pots and record tho just like a normal player, i know some people will see the particles but most x-rayers aren't smart enough to look out for them.

    ^works in survival at least.

We only mute if you specify a name, or it says you were killed by someone and you say "hacker". It makes perfect sense, and when I was staff and people used /h I was there in an instant, helpop is useful whether you believe it or not.

Please name one moderator who used their privileges to their benefit, and your insult about hiring 16 year olds makes no sense. I became a moderator when I was fourteen (a year below the age limit) when I applied I stated that yes I was below the age limit and that I still believe I was mature enough to become staff. There is one thing you people seem to remember age ≠ Maturity level. Also with hackers its not a conscience it's a matter of "oh shit, there's staff online, let me hack when they get off." Secondly, we do inform admins on the server we staff if we arent and admin and tell things like "watch username" or "people have complained about username" simply put, the hackusation rule still stands strong, our rules are here for a reason and trash talking the staff team isnt a way to get the rule removed or this looked at.

    Regards,
    Jayy

Moderators do not have permissions to ban hackers or see helpops, the best thing you can do is ask a mod to message an admin & use /h to not get punished in the future.
Locked to prevent further arguments. If a head admin deems it necessary to reply, they will.

I understand your frustration, and speaking as a player as well, it is quite hard to use /report in the middle of a fight. Therefore, I can only do my share, and remove the Hackusation rule from the server I manage, PracticePvP. You may accuse someone of cheating, but be sure some might turn it off because of you, so do not expect a ban to occur.
