Hello, so basically it is really annoying that we can't spectatate games after death it would be much more entertaining to be able to fly around the world after the game has ended... So i suggest you make it possible and i would definetly enjoy this game mode much more, when i die and my friend is still playing it would be much more interesting to view how he plays than i am just afking in lobby !! Just as Egg wars has this oportunity to fly around the world as a flying head

Yes, i abosolutely agree, besides it will definetely gather more people in playing this game, because most of players leave the anni lobby because of the waiting time, they are too bored to wait for the next game. So it would be a very good oppurtunity to import that mod feature as well as in egg wars. Besides spectators would have only their own spec chat.

 

And it could be abused so the dead team can tell other teams what the most op team gonna do and ruin their plans. + you are agreeing to him for the reason i just said and your reasoning behind spectating after dying is pretty dumb.

The solution is much easier than you think.
Maybe it is better for spectators only to see discord chat whilst spectating, but players who haven't died yet wilw only see game chat, same rules applies on players who are in lobby.

 

It's not a complete stop to spoiling team plans. You still can use voice chat and discord to spoil down other teams if you are dead. I thought before i wrote it. next time. please do the same.

 

Yes, and you can call each player and send a message on whatsapp about other teams plans, this conversation is just stupid.
Abandon discord chat, it really doesn't serve any purpose, but server really have loses on that. No one really would like to spectate, than call on discord, just to tell other team what other teams plans are, it's just silly and time consumable.
And i guess you are one of the young ones, who like only to point out negative sides, except really concentrating on problem and trying to solve it.
it's much easier to tell that everyone is wrong and denying anyone who has ideas, in that case you are trying to position yourself somewhere higher than other person, (you are partialy right), but on other side sceptisism is thing that has to be overcome, server won't develop and anni will always have mx 50 players if they wont change "out of game" time.

 

y'know while they spectate a game going on they can watch other players and spoil their location and that will be a disadvantage to farmers lool and to other players hiding too

 

You dont seem to fully comprehend what the others are trying to explain, let me elaborate for you.

What theyre trying to point out is the fact that a spectator could potentially use discord to enter a voice call with their friends who are playing on a different team. This would enable them to have a person who could tell them of any incoming enemies or hidden tunnels etc. if 1 team were to have access to such information then it would throw off the balance of the game. Its not silly and its not time consuming as this would usually be done between friends that are willing to help one another win the game. What these people are trying to point out is the huge flaws in this idea and the reasons why it cannot be implemented. Theres a difference between criticism and trying to put others below you.

Hes referring to how players can communicate with one another through the use of discord.

Dude XD. First of all, if there are friends they will play in one team mostly, second the game already is unbalanced with trucing thing.
And theres rarely any "big team plans" that other can ruin, and even if he told his team, mostly no one reacts to that.

 

You are new here. we don't expect you to understand how many ideas got rejected just because they have more flaws than benefits. Same goes for your idea.
And i know Anni is nowhere balanced. and it has so limited things you can do on it. I will suggest some stuff to rew so he can potentially make anni way more enjoyable. Till then. I highly would reject this idea if i were a staff member. but whatever. Think before talk. i don't see my self above everyone. Yes i have some experience in this but that's it. have a nice day.

 

If you think that evryone one would really spoil anyones plans by spectating and sharing on discord, it just asks for so much effort that rarely anyone would nerve onsleft to do it. Really, it's not so competitive as you think, and it would bring much more poeople on server. The benefits would be much higher than downsides. Its the same as eggwars, absolutely.

 

Even if not everyone will not do it. doesn't mean we should add it. And you are hilarious af lmao. adding Spectator mode will bring us players and will have more benefits than downsides? man you really should see a doctor lol.
Ps. Eggwars isn't like anni. so u are not in a position to mix them up.

Here is what i think are the downsides of your idea:
- Can be abused to spoil teams plans, reveal players location and hidden chest/furnaces locations. (Not everyone will do it yeah ik. But you can't know who will do it and who will not. so it's better to just not add this at all to stay away from other problems.

Benefits:
- Just to chill after you die (Totally you will be so chill after you die lmao).

Ok let's say they are some type of people who actually very bored and has nothing to do, guess what, they gonna spend their time going on discord and spoil out other teams' plan. What are you gonna do about it? If it's in anni you can easily control the chat and commands player typed out, but if it is on discord, goodluck. Also there is a thing called "clan chat" which allows you to talk with your clan mates, and not every friends or clanmates can join the same team as you, some will just join another one and not wasting their time on spamming a team. Think wider, this idea is good, but if you haven't think about that negative sides, don't post this ideas.
Also thinking about the negative sides first will actually helps you from knowing which idea should fit anni, not just the positive sides.
