People think older and more mature staff are necessary for running a minecraft server while the thing is, these are the people who usually go berserk and destroy everything while they're done with the server since it means so little to a person in their teens.
A 10 year old who plays everyday and has no plans on stopping to play on the server would never do such a thing. But a 10 year old would also not know not to how to deal with certain situations; it's a double edged sword in both cases.

These situations cannot be avoided and that's the reason logs and backups exist. Stop bitching about everything on a dying game and move on if you don't like it.

Making people realize that the selection of staff is not a problem even when stuff go wrong.

Yes, the game and server are dying, can't do anything about it. I've clearly mentioned why u really can't choose "good staff" in my post if u take the time to understand it. This isn't real life, it's the internet. People can and will get away with abusing their powers since there's little to no consequences.

 

Yet you can vouch for me making mistakes. Yes, mature staff are the way to go. If they're actually mature, and not acting mature(Take @Vojkea ) for example, they won't bomb the server when they're about to leave. That's what someone who gets beaten up twice a day woule do to get their frustrations out. If you are actually devoted to what you do, even as a hobby, you know when and how to leave and let others have a good time

 

You are a mistake

You can barely find one person like that. Just because you are "devoted" (lol no one is, you're just doing this to pass time or you're addicted) and enjoy being staff, it doesn't mean they don't need to leave without messing stuff up for their own enjoyment. At the end of the day, your entertainment is worth more than some random minecraft server, if you do not want to keep any contacts with your friends from said server that is.

 

It is the way you like to be entertained, that judges whether you are Staff material or not. If you actually have some braincells up there you know you can have fun on your spare time without ruining other people's work and time. What happened on Factions was a prime example of someone wanting to get his frustration out, for whatever reason, and not giving a damm about other people. You see it as a block game that everybody can just **** around on and be happy in a chaos. For people like aXed, who put money into this its not that simple. Games have rules, rules that you need to follow if you want to stop being that one that everyone passes by because of his/her behaviour. And that's a Mistake telling you this
