I'm asking you @aXed It's been officially more than a month, of constant lag on factions, proxy crashes, faction crashes, countless glitches occurring without anything being seriously taken care of, when will all of this stop, WHEN? I honestly am speechless, 0 updates and resets, 0 promises are kept, what are we even doing? When will all of this stop, how much longer will it take, it has been 2 years since I've predicted the downfall, and nothing has been changed. What do you want me to do? Lie to you and say how everything's alright? Well, it simply isn't. Regardless of the consequence I will side with what's best for the server, and with the truth. No matter what my prefix is now, what it has been in the past, or what it will be in future, I will always side with the truth and the community. And right now, the truth is, that the server is being handled incredibly poorly. There's a lot of active members inside of Guildcraft (both staff and normal members) that are working their ass off in order to make this server a better place, while in return they're getting blamed for things that they cannot fix, such as lag, glitches... Is that what we all deserve? I'll be honest with you, regardless of how you take this, you should know, the people who're convincing you that everything's alright, and that the server is doing fine are the people that are harming the server the most, they're just trying to lie to you to get on your good side. IT NEEDS TO CHANGE NOW! It has been enough, 2+ years of barely any progress, I thought we were improving in early December, but all of the things that happened after that have destroyed all of the progress we've tried to make. Just tell us, should we even expect something? or is this simply the end... I'm truly interested in your opinion on this topic, since you haven't publicly shared it. As for the people reading this, it might seem as a clickbait title, just to confirm, I'm not quitting and I'm not planning to. I will still do my best to fight for a brighter tomorrow for the server, and I don't plan on giving up anytime soon. Vojkea
I agree 100% with Vojkea . If we want to make GC active like it was then we need commitment and it should start from the owner himself.
Ok.. First time agreeing 100% on someone. and it was Vojkee ofc if u could made it bigger thread i would read it so plz make it bigger Please @aXed Do something before it's too late. We don't need to force our players to stay just because of their ranks. We need to work on how to make our current players enjoy and care more about the new ones too.
if it was easy to fix the proxy crashes dont you think he would've done it already? also there has been issues with the other resets such as axed attempting to update the skyblock server to 1.13 (which failed miserably). its not that easy to just fix all these issues. Also a thread like this should go in staff forums, it shouldn't be a public thread so all members can see all the problems and start going against the server too. I know you're sick that axed hasn't resetted most servers and there is all these proxy crashes but you shouldn't just make a thread about it when he's unable to fix the issues.
Every server encounters difficulties on it's way to success, it's just a matter of will. Many things are actually quite easily fixable, but the issue is it's simply not being taken seriously. There's simply no excuses now, it's been more than a year, there's no excuses left. It's either now or never.
some things might be "quite easily fixable", this isn't one of these things. minion and axed have been working on the proxy crashes but they still have no idea whats going on. yes i agree axed should focus more on his servers but he has been doing what he can you cant just pressure him to do more than what he can.
Have to say, with no previous context on anything I do feel GC is getting a bit neglected. Like getting bored half way through a project. I don't know axed or if this is a full time endeavor or not but feel he should expand his team a bit more so he doesn't have a million to one things to do leaving some jobs to get ignored etc.
You don't have to hear it from me, ask any H-A for their opinion on this subject. It's simply not true, there's a lot more that can be improved, a lot lot more.
Everything u said was true, aXed get ur fucking ass on and try to work on the server before it's too late. You shouldn't disable notifications on ur own server. You don't even accept people's friend requests. It's not even funny, You have to work for the server, People have spent a big time on GC and now they quit cuz u don't even care about the is server. why are u doing this?
There is no possible way to make gc great again . You can only keep it with 200 players . But nvm TAGGING @aXed
I agree 100% with what vojkea said, nice suggestions voj.. I still have hope in GC that someday GC will become good server again like we did before, in 2016.. For @aXed i appreciate your good work, but somehow we need change
