»[Annihilation] Farming Guide 101

Hello there
I made this Farming guide to help Anni players to farm XP and get better stats.
So i will try to keep this guide as short and simple as possible

So i will assume the map you are trying to farm has an Emerald mine and emerald shop.


So This is how i would recommend it

Spoiler: 15 boring steps. you sure you wanna read em all?

• You need is to get 32x Iron Ores and smelt them into your Ender furnace. Craft an Iron Pickaxe with the first 3 Iron ingots and get 60x Emeralds.
• Buy x4 Efficiency II books. combine them and make your Pickaxe to Efficiency IV.
• Get your iron armor, tools and sword so you don't die trying to get levels.
• Go to the Redstone mine and Get at least 30 levels. (Should take you 4-5 mins of mining, 2 mins with Enchanter kit [40,000 XP] ).
• Craft at least 6x Wooden shovels so you refresh the useless enchantments.
• Try Enchanting your sword first. If you get Sharpness IV then click it. Most of the times you will get Unbreaking III with it too.
• You need to get at least Protection II on your armor so you can defend your self while mining diamonds in Phase 3.
• If you get it. you might wanna kill the boss to have a chance to get a Boss sword or Boss armor piece. (Tell me down below if you want quick tutorial on how to kill a boss).
• So let's assume you didn't get any boss armor so wait till Phase 3 to get diamonds. Don't straight go there because there will be other teams there collecting diamonds and supply drops. (there is no point of farming without Diamond Armor because iron armor will break quickly and it's weak).
• Get at least 26 Diamonds (24 For armor and 2 for Sword in case you want better sword).
• Get at least 39 Levels (Should take you 7-8 mins. 4 mins with Enchanter kit).
• Craft at least 6x Wooden shovels to change the useless enchantments.
• Try to get at least Protection III on your armor and Sharpness III (At least).
• If you get Protection III then mine 30x Emerald. Buy 2x Protection II books and combine them, Apply on your armor piece to get Protection IV.
• You need Unbreaking enchantments on your armor too. so if you didn't get unbreaking. mine emeralds and get Unbreaking books and apply on your armor.

Spoiler: Additional Steps (In case you want longer farming):

• Get 64x Gold ores and smelt them.
• If you got Ender Brewing and Brewing Master (30,000 XP in total). you can brew Instant Health 2 Potions. (First put the nether wart, then the Glistering Melon, then Glowstone, then Gun Powder.
• Have at least 9x Instant Health II potions

Now you Must have at least Sharpness IV, Unbreaking III Iron sword. Protection III armor with unbreaking II at least and 9x Instant Health II potions. (the better enchants. the longer and less stressing farm)

Spoiler: How to exactly farm?

Going for the team with less players is always the best choice, If you have a class like Jumper or Acrobat you can just go straight and Kill them, However you need to pay attention to your health. If you got Healing Potions. DO NOT forget to heal. Because many players forget that they have Healing Potions in their inventory.
Avoid Lumberjacks as much as possible. or ask for a truce. they can rip off your armor in matter of seconds. so be careful.
Farming is not easy and not hard. you have to be careful when to fallback. when to use your healing potions. and when to runaway completely.

Spoiler: Best kits to farm with (In my humble opinion):

Spoiler: 1- Jumper:

This kit is the best to escape getting tanked on by op gear, Avoid getting hit in the void, Escaping Swapper traps and move quickly in general. Really good if you didn't have Healing Potions. and it's only 25,000 XP. so i highly recommend buying it.

Spoiler: 2- Acrobat:

This kit doesn't take any fall damage. Good for maps like Canyon and maps that have mountains and high cliffes. costs 30,000 XP

Spoiler: 3- Vampire:

This Kit used to be the best farming kit because it used to take away true damage, But it's still good for Farming especially Level 2 which gives a 50% chance of healing when it's night, Be careful tho. You have no way to escape if you got knocked into the void or Wool-Swapper trapped. Costs 40,000 XP.

Spoiler: 4- Medic:

This kit basically is healing kit if you got no Health Potions. Just make a place where you can hide and heal when you are low. Costs 30,000 XP

Spoiler: 5- Berserker

Berserker starts with 8 hearts. but gets 1 extra heart after each kill (Max of 14 hearts). So be careful and heal till you have maxed 14 hearts. (Can be used better with Boss armor and a teammate that has Medic kit). Costs 25,000 XP

Spoiler: Perks and kits that help you to get stuff quickly:

- Miner (20,000 XP).
- Enchanter (40,000 XP).
- Forge Master (15,000 XP).
- Ender Brewing (15,000 XP).
- Brewing Master (15,000 XP).
Total: 105,000 XP

Funny Thing that this took me 3 days to write.
(actually took me 20 mins but the 3 days cuz i was too lazy to write eksdee).

Jokes aside, you have put a ton of effort into this and this will help newer players get exp and overall have a better time on the server. Keep it up!

I do it WAY differently but I like the tutorial

You put a lot of effort in, which is easily visible!

 

Some excellent tips i would say. Defiantly useful for new players like myself.

 

Another thing to note, even if you have all this gear it's always good to remember you don't have to farm alone. Having at least another person with you while farming is a life saver in most cases.

But all in all this is a pretty good farming guide, just simple basics for those who don't understand how to farm.

 

u know sharpness IV can't kill leathers in 2 hits r8?

 

I said at least. You can go for Sharpness V Diamond sword...

 

another good kit to farm with is zombie if you are asking why it's because it can 1 shot leathers plus you can heal with the ability kek

 

It's bugged obviously...

 

i dont think its bugged u can 1 shot if u have max stacks plus i saw someone farming with zombie the other day

get s4p4 iron(enchanter,miner), kill boss and hopefully get some dia loots(medic), get more dia if it's not enough(still medic), ench dia(enchanter), farm(vampire).
what gets me to 26k kills.
