all that happens is when i try to vote from this site : https://minecraft-server-list.com/server/234043/vote/

it says invalid player name
even though it used to work for me for the past years normally
bug started about 2weeks-3weeks ago

I can confirm this bug!
Same error message when "Arianta" try to vote for GC on this server. Before 1 month was this no problem.
