Some of you have already heard of my situtation. But does anyone know any neck massage treatments?
Basically what was happening was... it’s kind of a humorous story... Two days ago, I was training myself for my next boxing tournament, (Because I am a boxer) so you’d pretty much need to do anything t make yourself stronger.... ANYTHING!!


So I tried to lift my father’s car. I managed to get it half up. So sorry to waste your time but let me know if you know how to cure my sore neck.

Ok I’m going to test this theory.

 

I usually let it be, but placing a certain leaf might help, i just don't remember what type atm xD
