Kit Hemomancer
You are the panic.

Ability

Passively, be unable to hit enemy players with melee tools / sword.

You can right click with your golden hoe to drain health out of an enemy player, that can be up to 8 blocks away. This will deal only 1 damage (normal damage). It will also heal you by 1 hp. Cooldown: 2 seconds. Every time you drain, the cooldown is decreased by 0.10 seconds, up to a 1.90 seconds decrease after draining 19 times. This buff dissapears if you stop draining for 2.1 seconds or change target.

Particles & Sound
Every time you drain someone, a small line of redstone particles will go from the drained player to the Hemomancer, to show
everyone who is draining, and how fast you're doing it.
You'll also hear "block.fire.extinguish" sound when you drain.

Explanation
This kit is able to drain health out of an enemy player but the process is slow and can be interfered if more players join the fight. However, if the Hemomancer keeps draining, it'll be able to drain up to 10 health per second (at a maximum stage though).
This will push Hemomancer into a DOT (Damage Over Time) kit, that has no way to burst players, but can slowly outdamage them, healing more and more to survive.
Pvping an Hemomancer should be easy if you kill it before it becomes a threat, but you have to be fast or you'll get outdamaged.

My only question is would you be able to attack someone while draining from them? i cant really say whether its a yes for me or not because of that factor :/

1. No, you can't hit while draining as you are unable to use melee weapons / hoe
2. You can stop the drain by killing the Hemomancer, or if he stops draining

LOL imagine invis trolling with this kit it would be so fun. Also u can make A upgrade: it can spread to nearby 2 players and like drain the health from them but for every person u drain from + 1 second of cd (it can be changed depending on the 'stage' of the hemkmancer)
