To buy an unban, go to this link:
http://buy.guildcraft.org

Then click on the navigation button on the right to see what you can buy, and click on "unban". Enter your in game username (Case sensitive. As in, if it is CaPSofF, enter it exactly like that).

I thought it was 30 euros, but it says "You decide how much to pay". I'd say somewhere within 25-30 euros.
